I think the LP was popular so he over stepped the photobucket dl limit.

As for buying this game, what is it now 3 or 4 days since I first posted saying that I bought it online and I STILL DON'T HAVE IT!!! My freaking god NEXWAY sucks! I recieved 1 email from them and that is only after I started bugging the person in charge over at the bloodbowl forums. Now they've gone quiet again. I didn't have near the same problems buying Eshcalon or all of the others from either Plimus or Bit Micro.
Anyways, they've probably "gone on vacation" now and I'll have to wait till tomorrow to get it. Man, if you decide to buy this game pray to god you actually get someone who knows what the hell they are doing there because I sure can't get a hold of anyone there.
Ok, little rant over with. I guess maybe I'll get it tomorrow after they come back from their vacation. That is a big MAYBE though.

I finally have this game and it's not the download version. It got here to Taiwan a lot faster than I thought it would. So all orders cancelled from Nexway and I no longer have to deal with them. It turns out they did go on vacation and no one was there to deal with anyone. Whatever if they want to run their business that way then fine. I know in the future to either steer clear of any Nexway downloads or make damn sure that it's not a weekend.
Anyways, those LP's do not do this game justice. It is the best game I've played in a long long time. Multiplayer is messed up right now, but singleplayer is just fine. The AI isn't dumb and I don't steamroll over every match I come across.
If you enjoy sportsgames/fantasy/Warhammer/or just playing games, then pick this one up immediatly.
Ok, gotte get back to my Skaven team. So far I've leveled up enough players to have some really cool looking mutations. One with two heads, three arms, is so ugly the opposing team member has to make a roll to see if he can block him and he can leap over the heads of anyone. GOD, I love those little freaks

Claws? On Skaven?
Actually, if I can give one bit of advise: hideous appearance (or whatever the name is, the mutation that requires an extra roll to make a block roll) is very, very useful on a gutter runner. Probably the best mutation for them.

Foul Appearance. And a Storm Vermin with Claws and mighty blow isn't something you want to fight. Add frenzy and you've got yourself a real killing machine.

Claws are a little redundant for rats. But I see where you're going with that. You like the turn 16 foul fest
Thanks Brother None. I wasn't too sure about that one. I have it for my gutter runners and one thrower. It works sometimes, but hasn't been working too well lately. However, I've learned from playing online that ANYTHING that stops a block is well worth the upgrade. Those Elves are killing me. They have almost exactly the same agility or more, more strength and their movement is almost as good as mine. Heck I think their armor is better than mine too. But I have MUTATIONS on my side. They can never have 2 heads or hideous appearance
I'll have my revenge on those little tree huggers if it's the last thing I do.

Dude, how do you get all your mutations? Double rolls happen one out of six skill-ups after all.
And wood elves aren't almost as fast as you, they're FASTER. At least prior to 6:th edition, in the last one they've nerfed their catchers so they have 8 in MA and sprint instead of 9 in MA. Which makes sence, since Skavens are supposed to be the fastest team in Blood Bowl.

Been lucky on the singleplayer game. Really lucky. One of my Stormvermin has 4 strength. Thrower had 4 agilty/the usual pass abilities and foul appearance. I made a mistake when I said all my gutter runners, only two of them. I use them the most though so they make it on the field more than the other two (reserves).
Too bad I haven't been as lucky with the online mode yet. I really need two heads for the type of game I play. Makes those gutter runners dodge past almost any situation.
Edit: If you or Brother None plays online then add me to your friends list and we'll play sometimes. My name is the same as it always is "skavenhorde". I really suck against live opponents so it won't be against a seasoned pro

Elves only have armor of 7, except for the treeman. They're pretty easy to fight, though I wouldn't with skavens.
And yeah, for Stormvermin claws is awesome. For the others, it's not the most useful one.

Fighting is getting easier if you know how to use Skaven. I can't rely on out maneuvering elves, so I gang up on them or try to at least. Anyways, still learning.
Elves, humans and ironically skaven are the only opponents in the singleplayer mode that I have to be careful of. Dwarves are ridicolously easy. Orcs used to be hard, but not so much anymore.

Also, Skaven, like stunty races and elves, can often blitz surprisingly well. Where chaos and dwarves have to deconstruct the protection former around the thrower, they can often blitz around or through the protection.

It's those wardancers or whatever they're called that kick the living ****** out of me. They leap around and then knock out my ball carrier. I have leap with a few of the gutter runners, but I can't strong arm other characters like that. They are usually either supporting someone or downfield getting ready for the ball.
A passing game is the best. You need more luck sometimes, but man when that luck happens it's a beautiful sight to behold

But as the saying goes, revenge is a dish best served cold. I'll wait and mutate and then come back with some appalling abonomations that'll make the tree huggers cry in their sleep

Edit: I should point out that not all elves have agility 4 IIRC (I've only played a skaven team)but the ones that do are like my gutter runners except supercharged.

This might come from the computer AI having a habit of sending one guy in alone with the ball… In my five (or so) games so far I haven't concieved a single touchdown. And in my tabletop playing my defending sucks.

Dwarves and Orks don't mind going through the defence to the ball carrier. In fact, they love to do that! It's what they're built around, loads and loads of violence.
