I've never played Fallout New Vegas, so going to try it out. In order to get the most out of the game and the various mods, do I need to buy the Ultimate Edition, or can I just go with the regular version which is $9. Thx.

Im going to play FO NV (first time) and would like some input on mods hat enhances the game without going overboard. I Want it to look pretty! :-) Anyone have a decent list?
