Knights of the Nine has been released via Xbox Live and will follow for the PC on December 4th:

Knights of the Nine is now available for download on Xbox Live. The Knights of the Nine collection is in stores now, which includes Knights of the Nine plus all other downloadable content released to date. Knights of the Nine for PC will be available to download Dec. 4 on OblivionDownloads.com.
