@Dualshockers Harmony Golds claim against BattleTech has been dismissed in court.

A few days ago, the first half of the case has been resolved, with the court dismissing Harmony Gold’s case against Harebrained Schemes with prejudice, which means that it cannot be brought up again. Below you can see an extract of the ruling.

Was this the official ruling? Because otherwise this is old news.

While HBS seems to be safe, we will still not see any unseens until the case against Piranha is resolved (hopefully in the same way; looking good so far, but could take at least another year).

Of what I read they could have pushed for that, but I guess they were just glad to have this negativity behind them.

I hope PB sees this through to the bitter end and HG is slapped down for good. We can then finally have the unseen back.
