I bought a new projector a few months ago: BenQ W700.
I've been very pleased with it - but I've started noticing what looks like "white smudges" when the screen is black or really dark. You can only see them when that's the case.
At first I assumed it was dust on the front of the lens - but it's definitely not external.
I've tried vacuum cleaning the grills and stuff - but I'm hesistant to open it and start messing around. But I guess it's something on the internal parts or the lamp.
It's somewhat minor - but it's the sort of thing that drives me crazy.
Anyone has any good suggestions?
I'd rather avoid sending it back, so if there's some trick or something obvious - I'd love to know.
