One can hope.
Given the wild swing of recent products from 'established veterans' that fall extremely short of their previous work... Nobody gets a free pass from me anymore by their name only.

The difference is Obsidian. They have the resources and manpower to deliver a designer's vision, whereas a lot of those other "big name" designers didn't have the team behind them or the resources like Cain and Boyarsky have. With Obsidian's raw power behind them I can see this game being something special where TimNard have a lot of control and can actually deliver on their ideas. Unfortunately that's not the case for everyone in the industry.
