From many many past experiences with kick starter projects, I can tell you that often the physical item details aren't often fleshed out in advance, so expect that to take some time, and there can be significant delays receiving said perks, depending on a wide variety of reasons. I've never not gotten the items in the past, yet the delay has often been irksome, and communication would be a premium during said occasions. With video game items, I'd often had the game for weeks/months before any physical items arrived.
