Or any other funding platform.

I'm backing Phoenix Point, Dungeons of Aledorn, Underworld Ascendant.

DOS2 and Gloomhaven are the only 2 kickstarters I've got money on at the moment.

Am considering Kingmaker.

At the moment, Underworld Ascendant and System Shock.

I guess I could count Exoplanet: First Contact too since it's still in early access.

I'm currently backing Wasteland 3. That's it. And am happy to do it. I have backed only a few games, both because I'm very picky, and also because I don't have bags of money just laying around to throw at games I might be mildly interested in.

If I'm going to back a game, it will probably be from a major studio/developer with a long track record, who I know will give me something worthwhile…I'm not going to throw money at some unknown guy or team working from their basements. Whom I don't know, and maybe they will never finish or the game will suck or maybe they will take most of the money for themselves in a scam, and put out a half finished crap game.

Games I've backed:
Divinity Original Sin and Divinity Original Sin 2
Wasteland 2 and Torment: Tides of Numenera

You, my friend, have very fine taste. As if the portrait wasn't a giveaway. ;)

Backed over 70 projects but the most recent (successfully funded) Kickstarters I've backed were Sacred Fire, Vigilantes, Copper Dreams, & Battletech. I also backed Icy on Indiegogo; "Frostbite Edition" is coming soon.

I did back Dungeons of Aledorn as well.

None, I don't think I ever will again.

Delays, bugs, goals I don't care about.

I just did Pathfinder: Kingmaker today. I also backed Bard's Tale 4 and Underworld Ascent. The only project that I have ever backed that looks dead is Sui Generis. Should have known with such a stupid F'ing name. Estimated delivery May 2014 BASTARDS :)

The project I gave the most cash to and am happiest with is the Larry Elmore art book. Is the only none computer kickstarter I have backed. Wasteland 2 is a close second.

Several decades ago I had to do an art project in school, and I decided to do it on Larry Elmore. I wrote the guy a letter as part of the project (can't rember how - probably via Penguin or TSR I guess), and he took the time to respond with a really nice letter and answer all my dumb-ass questions. Awesome bloke. I missed this Kickstarter though sadly!

He had a picnic and motorcycle ride in his hometown in Kentucky for all the people that gave to his kickstarter. He drew a dragon for me and signed 4 posters. The leather bound art book is fantastic. I am glad his kickstarter was so successful.

Nice story on Larry Elmore, Hastar & Pongo - I missed that particular kickstarter as well sadly. Although, I do still have one of my ol' high school friend's artistic renditions of the famous Laurana painting from "War of the Twins" on my wall. Tis a beauty! :)

As for regular game Kickstarter/Fig backings, not too many really overall:

Underworld Ascendant (Collectors Edition)
Bard's Tale IV (Collectors Edition)
Pilalrs of Eternity II: Deadfire (Collectors Edition)
Original Sin 2
Kingmaker (I jumped into the fray this week…interesting to see how Pathfinder translates into a PC game. Also, as a fan of the genre generally; I'm keen to see it stay alive!)

I also supported Seven Dragon Saga but as we know, that got cancelled…(I wonder if there's any news stories to be found on this front? Been awhile since I checked…)

Overall, I seem to support more music projects on Kickstarter. Books and dvds too. :)
