Dasale, I'm not sure I understand what your asking but if you mean you want a Morrowind with better graphics and improved all around Morroblivion is works. It looks and runs great and there's a few mods up at Nexus supporting it. It updates Morrowind to Oblivion engine. You can use the same character to play both games and travel back and forth between them.
You need Oblivion and Morrowind both installed. I used my Steam versions and made sure they were both fresh installs, no mods or edits. There's a complete list of supported mods and instructions at the site.
