Pillars of Eternity II - Gameplay @ IGN

I don't see how a prompt during chapter transition is immersion breaking. Especially if it only happens a total of 4 times during a 50+ hour game. I could probably list a hundred things that I find more immersion breaking in popular titles.

No. The combat is slower than combat in Tyranny, which is slower than combat in PoE.

They made combat so slow now that they had the guts to demonstrate RTwP with Mouse only.
The combat plays on an even pace as a UgoIgo product played in a continous move, without waxing hours over 67 or 63 pc hit chances.

Combat is very slow in PoE2. It is unlikely that this pace suits anything gameplay related that could justify the use of RTwP. I

Combat might still be too fast for UgoIgo players who spend dozens seconds on each turn.
