You could try the very first album by the Corrs, for example. It's more "grounded" and not so much over-produced than their later albums (which are stull very good on another level), or their albums "Home" and the new "Jupiter Calling".
Or Loreena McKennitt.
(Enya is another level, her music is so much different ...)
Apart from that, I don't know much about this kind of music, but it is among the only kinds of music which really touch my heart.
As a kind, I LOVED the song "Mull of Kintyre" by The Wings. I loved it so much.
