Looking for Simple FTP Utility

I'm starting to put together a web site, and using ftp in a console window is rather awkward for updating entire directory trees.

Any recommendations for a simple Window-based FTP client that can do the job? Maybe even with the ability to show which files appear to be out of sync? I'm doing all of my documentation off-line (being the internet luddite that I am), so what I'm needing to do is periodically upload just the files that have changed.

I use this one at work. Simple, quick and intuitive.

I use Total Commander. It's not just an FTP client, though, but a complete file manager/Windows Explorer replacement with lots of features, of which FTP is one.

I also use TotalCommander. Everyday as a replacement for the windows explorer. It´s basically a 5 generations more advanced Norton Commander with lots of other stuff.
