This is ridiculous... If you don't have enough money to get by for a few months while following your dream then get a job like everyone else. If no one wants to publish it after it's done then consider a campaign to fund publishing and proffesional editing.

This is just asking your audience to accept the full risk for your work which is utterly unfair to say the absolute least.
