Arx Fatalis type game?

I remember some time ago there was some game in development that was like Arx Fatalis. It is an RPG that takes place underground and has a living society inside it (like Gothic series). Does anyone remember the name of this game?

God, that game's homepage is a convoluted pile of mess. Sounds good though.
