Actually I believe pestae may work better than noonwraiths from my questing experience though maybe not for very long as guys might want. That cutscene was something else.

Hm, was there full frontal in the previous games then?

Definitely not in the Witcher 1, I don't remember any of the cards showing the female sex explicitly... Neither do I really remember it from Witcher 2... Though I guess maybe my mind is so used to seeing stuff like that I hardly register. ;)

Best scene in the game is where there is no actual sex and Geralt is chained to a bed with Triss and Yen drinking wine. So that is something to think about.
