I reckon I should get Gothic II Gold since I still haven't played Night Of The Raven. I heard it's pretty darn difficult expansion though.

And I can easily recommend the Realms Of Arkania games to anyone who hasn't played them yet. Superb games, all of them!

If you get Realms of Arkania be careful with character creation because you might just kill yourself before finishing.

I bought all the Realms of Arkania games from GOG, unfortunately they don't run well.. at least not on my computer.
