Dragon Age 2 - Mark Darrah on the Conclusion

My main gripe with the game are really only this: the waves and waves and waves and then some waves in combat - a problem fixed in Legacy and Mark of the Assasin.
I agree with everything you wrote in this post. I loved DA2, and have played it way more times than DA:O. I liked DA:O, but some areas just dragged and dragged and dragged. I was hoping for more Hawke. Couldn't care less about the warden.

What's starting to bother me about BioWare is that they never finish a damn story. As far as I'm concerned, the DA team has yet to deliver a game with a story that has a proper ending. That's pathetic for a company that's constantly banging on about how story-focused it is. I understand that they're probably leaving the ending open so people will buy the DLCs (a practice I despise—DLCs are okay, but not delivering a complete game because they're hoping to milk the fanbase isn't cool), but those DLCs never resolve the story, either.
