Stupid me, it's NTSC Region J. Do they make this game in any other region? Anyone know a fix?

I think kf4 has a version for all regions. I just recently bought a UK (PAL) one.

Thers no fix for making it work with anything else than a modded ps2 or region NTSC ps2. Its a ps2 game and there are no ps2 emulators. I hope you didnt pay much for it. You could always sell it in ebay though.

There are 3 different regions for most consoles afaik.

NTSC - US, Canada, some parts of South America

PAL - Most of Europe, other parts of South America, and Australia-New Zealand

NTSC-J - Asian countries.

Not sure what format is used in Russia and neighboring countries, I think PAL.
