Risen Risen Question (spoiler)

In Harbor City I need to pretend I'm working for Delgado and get some money from Costa, but I totally zoned on how (forgot his name, guy by Delgado) said to get the money.

Anyone remember that part? Do I just beat up Costa? He is really tough.

Yes, you just need to fight him and loot the gold. You should talk to his bodyguard Fuller when he is sharpening swords - you'll get an option to practice combat, which allows you to take the bodyguard out so you can beat up Costa alone.

Alternatively, if you can't beat Fuller, stash your gold somewhere, beat up Costa as fast as you can and quickly loot the gold — Fuller will probably come in and smack you down but he doesn't take the purse of gold. Apart from taking the beating, it works fine.
