Wanted to mention that for the German market, several cross-media spin-offs for this game are planned.
There is going to be a novel ("Das Ferdoker Pergament") of which they'll also produce an audio-book (~1200 minutes).
Then there will be two browser solo-adventures ("Saat des Zorns", Parts I & II).
These are basically "choose your own adventure" style texts with some pictures.
Additionally, a print solo-adventure ("Eilifs Schatz"), as well as a group-adventure (name unknown as of yet - a standard p&p-rpg campaign module) are going to be published, as well as a compendium for the p&p, describing the events, locales and characters of "River of time" in more detail.
Now which of these will be availlable in English? None, probably. Still nice that they support the game like that.
