Eh? Definitely not a roguelike. The areas aren't procedurally generated, and it's not permadeath.

There are elements you can see that are reminiscent of one or another game, but Skyrim isn't the first game that comes to mind for me when I play it. I'd call it more a shotgun marriage between Elder Ring and Monster Hunter (are those Rogue-like too just because of the intrinsic rinse and repeat elements in the gameplay? I doubt it), but even then, it's not like those games either, it just has elements that follow similar design choices that are appealing to a particular audience.
