I hate cheating AIs. A lot of games either give the AI unlimited resources or faster ways of generating resources (for example in old C&C where the enemy AI maxed out all their silos every time a harvester returned to the refinery).
I don't like that either though I rate things differently depending on how they are done.
Barely OK: The AI gets a minor (adjustable!) advantage. Examples: produces units in less time or gets more from harvesting. This is pretty common in most games.
Not OK: The AI can do things I can't ever do. Example: AI galleys not sinking in the ocean in Civ while mine do.
Also not OK: The AI "picks" on me because I am the player. Examples: Alas, most games with multiple competing factions do this.
