Alpha Centauri?
One of the faction leaders had my favorite name from a game -- Deirdre Skye. I'm using the "Skye" surname and variations of it for lots of my player characters in some RPGs.
No one knows the fantasy strategy game that basically gave birth to the whole genre? Oook then. I'll give you a hint it has the word sword in the title
Now I thought I'd try something a little easier. I love these games to my core. When I was a kid I would practice lockpicking in real life just like it did in the game. I ssoooo wanted to be a theif and have marvelous adventures meeting Ruskellas and Dragons. Ahh to be a kid again
Well here they are. Some pics from the very best CRPG series ever made. This one had a more darker theme and a few bugs, but it still is one of my favorites.

This next one I played the demo of it and had to have it. Not just for the gameplay, but because they actually had a song in it. It might of been one of the first games to have a song made for it. Sorta gimmiky, but still not half bad.

You're correct. It's my favorite out of them all. Gotta love a Roman/Celtic setting.
Next we're going old school on ya. I'll be really impressed if anyone knows this old gem. I literally spent months playing this game over and over again. It is what got me hooked on wargaming instead of just ol' D&D
Sword of aragon. Finished that one, and it was a good game.
