Indeed, that was a knocker of a game, could have easily gone to the Packers. Ahh well, I'm pleased they at least made a decent contest of it all.

We still have to get by the bucs, but as a lions fan I’m not so sure I’m disappointed the niners beat the packers. Sure, on one hand we’d get another home game , but on the other hand that home game would be against a team that beat us handily at home on thanksgiving and would be coming off back to back wins against Dallas and the niners on the road. Yes, the niners are loaded but I’m still not sold on Purdy especially if it’s a shootout.
On a side note, it’s early, but if the packers have another HOF QB on their hands I’m going to pull my hair out.

That last Packer QB play didn’t look very HOF…
True, Packers should trade him to Detroit right now for a 7th rounder and teddy bridgewater, never mind that he’s retiring.

That was an excellent game, nice to see Detroit step up and continue marching on.
24-7 Lions at halftime. Detroit is gashing the 49ers on the ground so far. I hope they can keep this up in the second half.

This game reminds me of the first meeting this season between the Packers and Lions, in which the latter won by concentrating on the ground game. If they keep if up now, they'll be facing the Chiefs in about two weeks!

It's easy to point a finger in this one. Dan Campbell cost them a chance to win that game.
