Outstanding actor... who else could portray a spaniard with a scottish accent, or a russian with a scottish accent, or in fact ANY ethnicity WITH A SCOTTISH ACCENT!

Zardoz is one of those films that seems to get more relevant as the years go by. Give it another watch and you will see the seams of the culture war.

Sean showed up for Zardoz by mistake, he though he was doing Tomb Raider.

I will miss his work, almost always excellent (Zardoz excepted). And every time I hear Russian I expect a Scottish accent.

Never been much into James Bond, don't think I've ever seen him in one of those.- But I've seen several of his later performances. Always a twinkle in his eyes, and that lovely scottish accent. Seemed like a nice person.
