I'm surprised you missed it until now. There have been a few posts about it here.
It's very action oriented. The visuals are excellent but I found the gameplay repetitive and didn't play very long. I think it would be better in co-op.
I guess you could say it's a cyberpunk Diablo clone, but unlike most games in the genre, loot isn't randomized.

I agree it is a bit repetitive, though I find most ARPGs a bit repetitive and this seemed about par for the course in that area.
Still, if you like cyberpunk theme, it is oozing with it and is a great looking game. The story is so-so and I liked the powers and the way you could customize those. Not too deep, but deep enough to have a good impact on combat.
