Mine did, which was a european region 2 version.
You guys made me curious, so I purchased a copy off Ebay. I found a region 1 DVD version that's the full 141 minutes.

Here's list of movies which score equal/better than 3.0 after thousands of votes on IMDB:
The Neverending Story III (1994) - 3.1
Jem and the Holograms (2015) - 3.4
Dirty Movie (2011) - 3.0
The Human Centipede III (Final Sequence) (2015) - 3.0
The Honeymooners (2005) - 3.0
Smokey and the Bandit Part 3 (1983) - 3.2
Some listed reasons include: Migraine inducing boredom, one of the biggest stinkers ever produced by a major studio, Why?, one of the worst excuses for a movie that I have ever seen, Truly Outrageous, I don't understand why they bothered to make this one.
Now, call me out for not allowing someone their opinion, heck we've see some classic 'opinions' in this thread, but you found it so "disappointing" that you consider it on-par with the movies above? I guess it begs the question, just what on earth were you expecting?

This is not true.we have people on this forum who would rate Baldur's Gate II as a 3/10
Don't put any thought into it … 3/10 is a 'joke' score, but in this case not 'funny' but rather sad and pathetic, and says more about the person than the movie.
I mean, people are certainly entitled to their opinions - we have people on this forum who would rate Baldur's Gate II as a 3/10, Gothic 2 Gold or Divine Divinity or Dragon Age or Skyrim as a 3/10 …
Yeah, sure, fine, whatever.
My biggest concern with all of the people who are clearly 'haters', who had no intention of liking the movie unless it FORCED them to like it … Is that they didn't ruin the experience for anyone else.
I seriously hope that GG just shut the fuck up the whole movie, so that the 99% of people who thought it was a really good movie weren't hassled by her and whomever she went with. Nothing worse than an a$$hat doing commentary to show oh-how-superior they are while you try to enjoy a movie.
Sorry - it was nonsense when people did this in 1980, and it is nonsense now.
The old story:oooooohhh, don't you worry joxer, when I said there had been lots of 'classic opinions' on this thread I can assure you that a lot came from you The difference is we all know you're a bit of a loon with over-dramatic irrational biases so nobody bothers debating you when you mark MI5 1/10, it's just like, oh look there's joxer doing his thing again.
Well, I happen to love all the other Star Wars movies ( well clone wars not so much ), I am not going to sit quietly and say nothing when Disney / JJ Abrams tears it apart in every single way possible. How about coming up with some counter argument / reasons it is good, instead of personal attacks, which is just plain childish and brings absolutely nothing to the discussion. If you think 99% of the people thinks it was a really good movie.. well, on this forum not.. even on IMDB not, you'll see that 2.1% ( which is more than 1%) actually gave it 1 / 10, which is much lower than me. 14 % gave it 7 or lower, so your 99% is like the rest of your post BS.
Because it is not worth it … You had your score decided before entering the theater, and just got your oh-so-superior confirmation bias. Enjoy.
