If someone actually is looking for a game with zero combat and mature content (You around, Alrik?), I stumbled across an interesting one, at least at first blush. I tried Medieval Dynasty a bit, as it's available on Microsoft's Game Pass for PC, and the dialogue system is indeed annoying as hell.
Also available on Game Pass was
Sable. Maybe I'm just a bit enamored with the art style, which I am, but it's a visual thrill to freely explore a world of a 1970s-style animated movie. While I'm no anime fan, I did enjoy the film Spirited Away quite a bit, and Sable gave me a vibe of that flick a couple of times, too. I can see how it could get boring running fetch quests and platforming, if that's all there is, but it has been entertaining for a couple of hours, anyway.
