It appears Diablo 1 will be released as a free patch to Diablo 3:

But they want to make it limited to 8 directions and make it old school pixelated? Not sure exactly how that will work out.

This is pretty damn good news. Seriously more interested in playing this than Diablo IV or III again ( though still both of them better than Grim Dawn, of course

My reaction to this news was meh who cares. As I have stated before I do not like how much Blizzard has changed since the good old days, as battle.net changed everything.
