Our current DDO group played NWN mods for over 5 years together before we ran out of them and switched to DDO. Back at the Dot, we even had a dedicated NWN server which ran an assortment of PW's when we weren't using it to run a specific mod.
Side note. Do you guys honestly suggesting skipping the core game and just heading straight to the mods? I've never played any NWN game yet, although I own both of them on GOG, of course. Thoughts about this? Thanks!
Your welcome Fluent I try my best but can't please everyone. Have fun playing the mods, and if you need more recommendations just let me know as I have more.Couch, you once again amaze me with your contributions. Not only this poll (which does not seem to have an option for me, unfortunately. I would be part of the camp that "hasn't played any mods yet, but plan to in the future"), but the links you posted to those mods. My goodness, man, I can't wait to try some of these!
I would say it's up to you as the the original game isn't that bad it just can't compete with the expansions, and all the mods that are better then what Bioware made.Side note. Do you guys honestly suggesting skipping the core game and just heading straight to the mods? I've never played any NWN game yet, although I own both of them on GOG, of course. Thoughts about this?
