I'm not entirely sure the 15-year-old thing isn't out of context to start with and I definitely don't see that aspect in the videos and previews.
Is it the perfect RPG? Obviously not. It does look like a decent hybrid and I like the choices and different scenarios I'm seeing. If they don't stuff it up, Deus Ex meets Jason Bourne sounds like a good time to me.
