I did enjoy the first game some years ago when I played it, though I've never gone back for a revisit. I'll be watching here to see what people think about this sequel.

Also, the base game releases on Steam in 3 days in case anyone was holding out for that. I know some people probably passed on it until now because it was only on Epic.

Me as well this game surprised me after the long delays and different developers it was fun. The gore system is realistic based on your weapon, but the ending sucks as usual.

Nod, that ending was no bueno. According to my save files the last time I played was in Jan of 2012.

DLC is fun.
They've nailed the look and feel of a festival that's turned into a massacre, and there's a new zombie type that basically uses its loops of intestine as a whip.

Anyway that was my point the game and the DLC are decent and enjoyable.

I haven't played this DLC yet but previews make it sound promising.

I kinda like the idea of a festival turning into a slay-fest, just might have to dip into that one.
