I wouldn't. It is a very complex group of diseases and we're far from solving it. For some cancers prognosis has improved significantly. For others there haven't been any real progress for more than 30 years. Pancreatic cancers are bad. Although Jobs had a rare form with better prognosis, I'm still surprised he stayed with us as long as he did.
