Remember the news about Interceptor Entertainment's new ARPG Duke Nukem game. It seems after getting into legal trouble they have renamed the game to Bomb Shell.

From the creators of 2013's Rise of the Triad comes Bombshell, an isometric action role-playing game for PC and PlayStation 4, from Interceptor Entertainment and 3D Realms.

Bomb Disposal Specialist turned mercenary for hire, Shelly "Bombshell" Harrison must strong-arm her away across 4 planets in an Unreal Engine-powered galatic adventure to rescue the president from an apocalyptic alien threat. With out-of-this-world enemies, a never-before-seen arsenal of devastating weaponry and a host of genre-crossing mechanics, Bombshell is set to blow you away.

Cool protagonist and the music is quite awesome (visit their page). Also from the screenshots you can recognize the old Aliens from Duke.
However the trailer also looks quite cheap and I doubt gameplay like in these Alien-Swarm games can really catch me.

I like how her bra is armored but the rest of her is totally exposed. Guess ya gotta protect the assets!

Lame. Metallic fingers should be thicker, shotgun ought to have more mass, more badassness. Heroine's shoulder is anatomical impossibility, also looks lame.

Plus who the heck is excited about this failed pitch? They possibly don't even have a game, probably will have sucky levels and deadly boring stuff on the creative level of a brain-dead AAA publisher management A'la EA and pals.

But because of an isometric action role-playing game I'm holding off to see gameplay. Probably will be Diablo-style real-time Shoot 'Em Up.

I find this trailer pitiful ! Is this supposed to appeal both to men and women ? Is this their new model ; how they see the new paradigm for women ? Girl power ! Dressed like whores, grabbing guns and riding bikes ; as a resumé : acting like what's worst in men, violently and arrogantly ? I hope this is a joke but I'm sure it won't be, sadly. And no, I don't take this shit too seriously ! I'm just fed up with these clichés and all these games that are insulting to half of the world population.

Apparently Bombshell was made as a sidekick for Duke back in 2002 , but nothing ever came out as 3D Realms financial situation delayed it.

I like the way she looks, I mean, the punk look is sexy (also the goth, and the metal, all of 'em works for me) I wouldn't dare to call a woman 'whore' just by the way she dresses.
