Available for $40 over at Ubisoft. It contains all DLC. I *think* it's digital-only.

So, the big question is… does this or does this not utilize Ubisoft DRM; has it been phased out as a token of the company's new policy? Is all content available offline?

Nope you can play offline but you will have to access uplay for certain features that will be locked out otherwise.

The dynasty traits and story items are locked out. Items your hero gets as part of the story are unavailable. You still have to log on to uplay to register the game to play.

I used a crack to bypass uplay but others like it and have no problem with it.
