No connection between stats and skills.
It's a poor thing for an old school rpg.

Regardless of their approach, that's a pretty meaty manual and much appreciated!

Nice thing and some useful tips in there.

At some points I am wondering though: It already has headshots in it, but also talks about luck increasing hitpoints occasionally (which I was told by Forum users was removed) and that Coordination is needed for some weapons which is not the case in Beta.
I asked on facebook yesterday but doubt I will get an answer on that.

I don't think it's bad. The bad thing about is, that it's inconsistent. Surgery for example needs intelligence at a degree. Also some attributes imply that they are needed for skills, which they arent as far as I know.

Well hopefully they will update the manual later if things change in the game such as the mechanics. But in the meantime, I will be voraciously reading every word! A good game manual, to me, is like a good book! And it also ups my anticipation for the game too.

Can't wait to get the physical copy and savour that new game smell...
