I hope so but I'll believe it when the game is officially announced. I wonder if they finally settled the problems with all the various party's, or if it's a new game?

If it was a new game, why would they use the same Steam App Id?
But of course you are right. And tbh I won't beleive it until the game is actually released. An announcement isn't sufficient.
