Well deserved, according to me, ( I have not finished it yet, so I might change my opinion ) but so far, even in its current state it is one of the best RPG's I have played.

Finished two play-through's since it's release. That means I spent over 140+ hours on one RPG and that's not usual for me. So despite the Bad PR I love the damn game.

I seriously hope the DLC and expansions don't get cancelled with the legal trouble.

I am finishing my second. Somewhere between 150 and 200 hrs now.

It is definitely the best RPG of 2020. Top 10 of all times.

P.S. kind of funny how it disguises itself as an open world, but essentially it is a story driven game, almost a novel, the way your choices do not matter (except for endings).

I love how they handled that choice of saving or not saving Takemura. The game doesn't prompt you in any way that you should or even have the ability to save him. Johnny, of course, is advocating the opposite. But I just looked up at that hole I fell through and said, fuck it, I'm going to see if I can go back up there. And I could.
