As the title says a new game on Kickstarter called ZeroSpace is from a few Ex-Starcraft developer's. They have doubled funding and added RPG elements.

This open-world RTS adds RPG elements inspired by Baldur's Gate and Mass Effect, and it's tripled its Kickstarter goal

The units look very derivative. Still, I'm interested because I was a huge fan of StarCraft, and I'm curious about this open-world and C&C they're promising.

They're crushing their goals so far.
