here is my opinion about some of those games if you still want it since no one else posted.

Space rangers HD-Hell yes game is great
Din's curse-It's fun game with some interesting features but don't deserve recommendation imo.
Transistor-It has high points and some really good ideas but I don't think realized that well.If you are going to consider Supergiant game Bastion deserve it more.
Endless Legend-Good game but not RPG, there are also 4X games that desrve recommendation more.
Terraria-totaly not RPG
Long Dark-In very early stages, too early to say
Puzzle quest-it's very RPGish and it's good so yes it would spice things up.

Also consider FTL(this must be on the list imo) and Valdis story.

Thank you for your input, Nameless one.

FTL is already on the list.

Space Rangers HD and Puzzle Quest will be added. And I think Endless Legend, too. It's new, it was covered here at RPGWatch and it's fun.

What do you guys think of
Drox Operative
Omikron the Nomad Soul
Breach & Clear
Final Fantasy III
Braveland
Pier Solar and the Great Architects
Faery - Legends of Avalon
Planet Explorers
Shining Force
Air Buccaneers
Sword of Stars: The Pit
Desktop Dungeons

Added
Endless Legend
Space Rangers HD: A War Apart
Puzzle Quest: Challenge of the Warlords

7,62 High Calibre - Very underrated JA2 clone. Harsh, tactical, and employs the best RTwP combat system I've ever seen.

Fortune Summoners: Secret of the Elemental Stone - Cute action game with RPG elements. I wouldn't include it, Recettear is a much more interesting addition.

Magical Diary - Visual Novel with some RPG mechanics. Great magic system, but only for those confident enough to play as a young witch in high-school.

Child of Light Very simple, yet elegant JRPG. Nothing new or mind-blowing, but it's good looking.

Defender's Quest: Valley of the Forgotten - Mix of RPG and Tower Defense. Quite fun, definetly should be in.

Omikron the Nomad Soul - Horrible, but features David Bowie.

And again, Fallout Tactics is cool, you big bully.

I have played Fallout Tactics twice in 2001. Not a bad game - but contrary to Fallout 1 & 2 today I honestly remember nothing of this game. No characters, no story - okay I remember some good phased combat, but that's all.

Thank you for the other tips. I already bought 7,62 High Calibre, but I have to finish a few other games, first.
Omikron gets off the list then.

FO:T is shit if you expected Fallout RPG
If you want Tactical squad in turn based, it's very average and can actually match Wasteland 2 in terms of quality and character building.

There's C&C too.

I remember liking it, actually. Though, granted, I played it years and years ago. It's more adventure-ish, but I do remember there being multiple paths to solving missions and all that shizzle.

I played some of those games also

Drox operative-Hard to say, game has some really good concepts that could have been done better and simplistic but fun combat.Thing that is most lacking is that "anything can happen" feel that FTL, space rangers and star control 2 have.If you would put one soldak's game I think it should be this one.
Braveland-No.It's light version of King's bounty and if you are trying to push pre-teen torwards this type of games that I would recommend it, otherwise no
Faery - Legends of Avalon-This game is between mediocre and bad.
Shining Force-I played Shining force II when I was a kid on some Sega console I forgot which.Back then I loved it to death but I haven't played it recently.
Sword of Stars: The Pit-I think this game should be on the list.I didn't like it but IIRC lot of regular watchers did.
Desktop Dungeons-This is more puzller that RPG, and it's mediocre puzller at best.

I mentioned it twice in a general News-bit, but never added it to the database. Just give me a few minutes to add all the information, and resize the box image.

Updated - Added it to the game database.

Well, if we're going to count the hybrid RPGs then…

Saints Row: The Third
Wrestlers, hookers, tigers, lasers, mutants, streakers, mascots - what more could you want? Oh yeah! Gangsters!

Batman: Arkham City
An open world game with a good story and excellent procedural combat.

Sacrifice
An RTS/RPG hybrid where you gain spells & creatures by doing jobs for gods. Great replay value and also the best end credits ever!

Broken sword was a good game! Ah, the memories... :)

Did anyone recommend No One Lives Forever?

I can recommend NOLF 1 & 2, but unfortunately they are not listed on Steam.
