It looks that way.

I've always found that it was a silly platform, with superficial messages, and which is difficult to browse because of the spam and inconsistent display of posts. It looks like Elon Musk is killing it, which is a good thing. The problem is that the alternative, Mastodon, isn't really convincing and doesn't seem to succeed.
